Due to the nature of our oils and our commitment to quality and hygiene, we accept returns on unopened items only.
    •    Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
    •    Items must be:
    •    Unopened
    •    Unused
    •    In original packaging with no signs of wear/damage 

*Customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please email hello@baddieoils.com for our shipping return details.

Once received and inspected/approved, refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

We know every skin ritual is personal.

If our tanning oil isn’t the perfect fit for you, reach out within 14 days of delivery. While we’re unable to accept returns on opened products, we’ll gladly offer Store Credit. 

We’re here to make sure you find your perfect glow.

[*Product still must be returned to warehouse. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Only one refund per customer.]

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged please let us know within 5 days of delivery.

Email us at hello@baddieoils.com and include your order number and photos. After reviewing your case and confirming eligibility, we will make it right by giving you 
    •    A replacement, or
    •    A full refund

🚚 Return Shipping
    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If we made a mistake, we’ll cover everything.

[In the case that an order is unclaimed or returned to sender, a $10 restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from any eligible refund once the item is returned to us.]
